ARID3A

A gene on chromosome 19p13.3 that encodes a widely expressed ARID (AT-rich interactive domain) family transcription factor thought to be involved in B-cell differentiation and in controlling cell cycle progression by the RB1/E2F1 pathway. It is induced by p53/TP53 following DNA damage and interacts with BTK, E2F1 and GTF2I.
