Dipropyltryptamine; a hallucinogenic drug similar to DMT.

diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and pertussis vaccine (DPT),
an active immunizing agent.
indications It is prescribed for the routine immunization of children less than 6 years of age against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis.
contraindications Immunosuppressive therapy, active infection, or neurologic disorders prohibit its use.
adverse effect The most serious adverse reaction is anaphylaxis.

DPT 
diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus; used in reference to triple-antigen immunization against these diseases.

A 3-prong approach to DPT I completely agree that we should go DPT.
