Co·ri (kôr), Gerty Theresa Radnitz 1896-1957.
Czech-born American biochemist. She shared a 1947 Nobel Prize with her husband, Carl Ferdinand Cori (1896-1984), and Bernardo A. Houssay for discovering the intermediate steps in glycogen-glucose conversion.

The first will link hydroelectric plants in the Venezuelan state of Coro to Aruba, the second from Aruba to Curacao, the third from Curacao to Bonaire and the fourth from Curacao back to Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela.
Ferran Coro gave the 10 men hope by netting two minutes later but Diego Capel killed the game off when he hit the fourth in 78 minutes.
