There are many drugs currently on the market and many more in development that do not have ideal delivery characteristics and could potentially benefit from controlled release reformulation. The Company's strategy includes developing generic versions of controlled release drug products with high barriers to entry and assisting partner companies in the life cycle management of products to improve off-patent drug products. We continue to pursue our business strategy of developing difficult to formulate, generic and branded oral controlled release drugs as these represent large market opportunities with limited competition. |
