| The class-action lawsuits charge Aurora Dairy with "allegations of consumer fraud, negligence and unjust enrichment concerning the sale of organic milk by the company," according to a news release from The Cornucopia Institute. The most recent was New Jersey, where acting governor and Senate President Richard Cody signed a law making it a consumer fraud violation to advertise and perform with the name of a famous band unless there was at least one member of the original group.
