Q. can dairy allergy come out as asthma attack? can only people who suffer from asthma get breathing attacks or can it also be like this one-time-attack for healthy people??

Q. I don’t know what makes me to behave rudely and somehow want to come out of alcoholism.Please advice me . All my buddies get together at the pub every evening after work. I have started drinking a bit more recently and keep drinking long after all my buddies have left. I had a fight with my friend yesterday and I almost hit him. The next day we made up over a drink. But the evening ended up disastrously. When my friends decided to go home, I kept on drinking. All of them forced me to go back home as it was late in any case. But I decided to stay and didn’t listen to them. My refusal to go home slowly got on the defensive and I tried to hit my friend again. Later I felt depressed. The next day my friends avoided me. I don’t know what makes me to behave rudely and somehow want to come out of alcoholism…Please advice me suitably

A. Listen my man .... drinking is not the answer for anything .... try to pull your self together and first thing first ... all your problems started from drinking and they will end with drinking ... i ment with you stop drinking ... your bigger problem than the fight that you had with your friends is that it will not end if you'll not stop drinking .. first try to avoid going to this pub .. if you haven't been addicted to alcohol for a long period that might be easy and your final solution ... if you have been addicted for a long period and drinking is part of your daily schedule you'll need a professional help ... go to a A.A meeting ... go see a psychiatrist he may be helpful ...
the most important thing is you to remember that there is a way out .. you just need to pull your self up and drag you'r self out of this condition ... it is passable .. it has been done before .. and people will do it in the future .. if they can . . you can ... they are not different from you ...
