[diskov′ərē] Etymology: L, dis + coopiere, to cover (in law) a pretrial procedure that allows one party to examine vital witnesses and documents held exclusively by the adverse party. Discovery is limited to materials, facts, and other resources that could not otherwise be reasonably expected to be discovered and that are necessary to the preparation of the case for trial. Q. What tests are required in order to discover in advance a chance or a progress of breast cancer? which group is in most risk to have breast cancer ? when is ti recommended to go and have a test ? A. today they know which gene is the risk factor for breast cancer and you can get tested if you have the gene or not in your family. here is info about the test: http://www.labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/brca/test.html other important things are self tests (looking for lumps in your breasts) and mammography which can find tumors in your breast. there are many other risk factors (age, place of work etc.). Q. A tumor was discovered in my kidney how should I prepare myself to the future events? A. sorry to hear...there are all sorts of tumors in kidneys but generally i recommend first of all talking to your family and explain the situation. but only after you understand what it is and what that means. you will need a lot of support and you don't want to leave your loved ones in the darkness about it. believe me that is the basic in preparing yourself to any tumor therapy. good luck!! you'll be fine i'm sure!! My sister just discover she has breast cancer ... after she has got the massage i started to ask and learn about this horrible desease .. and what i found out wasn't easy ... there is a great chance of fatal if the desease is very developed ...and it is not an easy desease to "get rid" of ... how can i support my sister during those tough hours and days that are still due to come ? A. i'm sorry to hear about your sister...but just for you to know that breast cancer is considered an easy-to-treat disease that has a good prognosis. that is because it's usually spotted in an early stage.
