| It all started when a neighbor gave her an orphaned cheetah cub to raise on her father's farm near Well, a restaurateur in the provincial city of Gode, in eastern Ethiopia, acquired a pair of cheetah cubs from local poachers and set them to fighting each other for the entertainment of his patrons. Ballard doesn't overdo the cuteness (and the cheetah cub is impossibly adorable) earlier in the film, and he doesn't soft-pedal the dangers when they present themselves. |
