Roman chamomile,
the dried flowers of Chamaemelum nobile (formerly Anthemis nobilis), used as a homeopathic preparation and in folk medicine, externally as a counterirritant and internally as a carminative.

A weed similar to German chamomile, Matricaria chamomilla, in appearance, often used interchangeably by herbalists
