cardiovascular technologist,
an allied health professional who performs diagnostic examinations at the request or direction of a physician in invasive cardiology, noninvasive cardiology, and/or peripheral vascular study. Through subjective data collection and/or recording, the technologist obtains information from which a correct anatomic and physiologic diagnosis may be established for each patient.
