The New York State Insurance Fund announced last week that these companies, as members of CIC Workers' Comp Safety Group, will share in the Group's first-year premium dividend totaling $1,033,110. The Best's Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR), which measures capitalization on a risk-adjusted basis, indicates that the capital position of CIC has significantly improved due to a 16% growth of capital and surplus in 2005. Under the terms of the agreement, CIC will license its complete SignatureOne(TM) suite of biometric and electronic signature products to Hypercom, initially for incorporation into Hypercom's 32-bit Optimum L4100 and L4250 signature capture card payment devices and for resale. |
