CD2 cluster of differentiation or cell differentiation glycoproteins. CD antigen a group of cell surface molecules which act as markers on T lymphocytes. CD3 found on T helper (Th) and T cytotoxic (Tc) lymphocytes; associated with signal transduction. CD4 found on T helper lymphocytes; an adhesion molecule that binds to class II MHC molecules. CD8 found on T cytotoxic and variably on NK lymphocytes; an adhesion molecule that binds to class I MHC molecules. CD3 T3 A complex of 5 invariable polypeptide chains, which are part of a larger complex that includes the T cell receptor; CD3 is 'pan-T' cell antigen–ie, present on most mature T cells–60-85% of peripheral T cells,
20-85% of thymocytes. See Pan-T cell markers. How to thank TFD for its existence? Tell a friend about us, add a link to this page, add the site to iGoogle, or visit webmaster's page for free fun content. |

| The tumor cells were negative for CD3 (T cells), CD68, lysozyme (myeloid cells), CAM 5. To characterize the immune response in inoculation eschars during ATBF and Mediterranean spotted fever, paraffin sections were stained with the polymorphonuclear leukocyte marker CD 15 (Immunotech, Marseille, France), the macrophage marker CD68 (Dako, Trappes, France), the T-lymphocyte marker CD3 (Dako), the B-lymphocyte marker CD20 (L26, Dako), and the endothelial cell marker Factor VIII-related antigen (Dako) by using the peroxidase-based method described above. The CX-9 will not be a stretched CX-7, but will deploy the CD3 platform. |
