Prevention of Coronary Artery Bypass graft occlusion by Aspirin, Dipyridamole, and Acenocoumarol/phenprocoumon Study. A trial comparing vascular and functional outcomes of post-CABG patients treated with low-dose aspirin (LDA), LDA + dipyridamole and oral anticoagulants.
 
Conclusion
Oral anticoagulants are no more effective than aspirin.
