Cimicifuga foetida

Chinese medicine
A perennial herb, the roots of which are analgesic, anti-inflammatory and diaphoretic; it is used for anal prolapse, bronchitis, canker sores, diarrhoea, fever, headaches, pelvic organ prolapse (bladder, rectum, uterus), Raynaud’s disease, skin rashes, sore throat, spermatorrhoea and thyroid disease.
