If you have just text content on your web site then you can consider a low band width, but if you have graphic and multimedia materials then you can go for a high bandwidth.
This has kept the ATR level and the Bollinger Band width steady which isn't completely attractive for scalping strategies but isn't a red flag for future volatility.
We see it as satisfying the need - probably a future need - of developing a much higher band width.
