avoidant /avoid·ant/ (ah-void´ant) moving away from; negatively oriented.
avoidant [ah-voi´dant]
characterized by avoidance or moving away from something.
avoidant disorder of childhood and adolescence former name for a disorder now included under the diagnosis of social phobia.
avoidant personality disorder a personality disorder marked by extreme shyness and sensitivity to rejection. Because of this sensitivity, the person becomes socially withdrawn and forms relationships only with those willing to give uncritical acceptance. The self-esteem of such a person is naturally low. Fear of embarrassment prevents the patient from undertaking risks or new activities. In spite of the social withdrawal, the avoidant personality has a great desire for affection and companionship.

A. you cam use anthing i.e. water,soda and juice,but coffee has alot of caffine,you can also try a couple of crackers (plain).or even a piece of candy or gum.

But some foods can make your body the healthiest it can be, boost your immune system, and help keep your risk for breast cancer as low as possible. loosing weight, eating fiber and avoiding estrogen-like pesticides can reduse the chance of developing breast cancer.

A. you need to drink water before,during and after any sports or exercises,because you sweat which causes dehydration.

People who are worried, perfectionist, socially avoidant or who encountered some or the other form of child abuse are most likely to suffer from panic attacks.
Some of these studies have been correlational in nature in comparing the reactions of high and low avoidant participants to various challenges.
They found three underlying dimensions: comfort with closeness, ability to depend on others, and anxiety about abandonment or being unloved, interpreted as dimensions underlying the secure, anxious-ambivalent and avoidant styles.
