Arteriogram A diagnostic test that involves viewing the arteries and/or attached organs by injecting a contrast medium, or dye, into the artery and taking an x ray. Following embolization of numerous branches of the right lingual artery and the right internal maxillary artery, a left common carotid arteriogram was obtained. A magnetic resonance image and arteriogram were normal.
