A downward slant of the eyelid in the horizontal plane that is opposite that of individuals with trisomy 21—‘mongolism’; the finding is non-specific and may be seen in various congenital syndromes—e.g., Treacher-Collins syndrome and Franceschetti (oculomandibulofacial) syndrome—and is accompanied by a bird-like facies

antimongoloid slant 
A condition in which the nasal corners of the palpebral fissure are higher than the temporal corners, as opposed to the typical mongoloid slant. This occurs when the lateral palpebral ligament is inserted lower than the medial palpebral ligament. It is a feature of the Treacher Collins syndrome.
