CD34

a type I transmembrane protein present on myeloid cells and myeloid precursors that plays a role in signal transduction; expressed in some acute nonlymphocytic leukemias and some acute lymphocytic leukemias.

CD34

A membrane-bound cell surface antigen present on and identifying T cells, monocytes, and macrophages. It is found principally on endothelial cells and blood-forming stem cells, and regulates cell-to-cell adhesion.
