CD20

a type III transmembrane protein found on B cells that forms a calcium channel in the cell wall allowing for the influx of calcium required for cell activation; expressed in B-cell lymphomas, hairy cell leukemia, and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

KRT20

A gene on chromosome 17q21.2 that encodes a type-I keratin, an intermediate filament protein that is a major cellular protein of mature enterocytes and goblet cells, and is specifically expressed in gastric and intestinal mucosa.

CD20

An antigenic protein found only on the surface of B lymphocytes. It can be used to identify and separate those cells from others and can be exploited as a target for monoclonal antibody therapy.
