Using oral swab samples to detect West Nile virus in dead birds, we
compared the Rapid Analyte Measurement Platform (RAMP) assay with
VecTest and real-time reverse-transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. They documented the emission results
in both pounds of analyte per pound of binder and pounds of analyte per
ton of metal poured. This method of quantitating serum samples

precision requirement for all target analytes and also met the FDA [+ or
-] 15% method accuracy requirement for PFOS, M556, and M570. |
