contraindications< Known hypersensitivity to this drug, severe bone marrow depression, severe neurologic toxicity, and pregnancy prohibit its use.
adverse effects Among the more serious adverse reactions are hepatic toxicity, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and anemia.
