Q. help with tingling in the hands amd numness

A. Numbness and tingling of the extremities, or peripheral neuropathy, usually reflects damage to local nerves that communicate with the brain. It’s a symptom that you should report to your doctor if it persists. There are several possible causes of this sensation, ranging from a medication you’re taking, such as a chemotherapeutic agent, to a disease or disorder. The most common non-drug cause of peripheral neuropathy is diabetes.
