Q. How can a person with fibromyalgia go through a state of not being able to move for hours? How can a person with fibromyalgia go through a state of not being able to move for hours? Can they sense touch and feel and are they able to talk or have limited movements?

A. First to LukeHome. I also have fibromyalgia BUT I have something called migrains with neurological tendencies b/c when I get my really BAD headaches I am like a stroke victim...I have one side of my body I can not move or use, my face even draws and gets that "downward" smile. I can talk, tell you wher I hurt, if I try to walk I am off balance , I stumble and fall b/c I do not have use of one side of my body. It is an awful experince and the first time it happened I thought i was dying, the ER docs thought they had a 30 year old stroke victim and I was hospitalized 4 days while they "located" the problem. So I don't think it has to do with fibro BUT there is something goin gon. Have you talked to a doctor about it???I encourage you to so they can find the source of this problem. Good Luck and God bless.

there are several things you can do to try to feel better BUT I think you would get a better response if you posted your question on your own instead

Q. How many drinks can I drink now and still be able to drive? I am a driver working in a courier company. I use to drive from state to state which made me to consume little alcohol. How many drinks can I drink now and still be able to drive?

A. It depends. The degree of impairment is influenced by gender, age, physical condition, and amount of food consumed, medications and other factors. Also, different drinks contain different amounts of alcohol. What matters is how much alcohol are consumed, not how many drinks.
